Pre-Conference Tour Information 【July 6-11, 2025】

In the upcoming ITRC2025, we are planning a one-week tour prior to the conference to give participants the chance to gain a deeper understanding of the culture of Japan, the host country, and to help make the experience even more enjoyable.
On the tour we will take in Fukuoka, a large city in the Kyushu region, and visit Hiroshima, Kyoto, Kamakura, and Tokyo. We will visit a golf course that uses Zoysia grass as well as cultural heritage sites such as shrines, temples, gardens, and a fish market.
We are planning a 6-day itinerary, from July 6-11, using Shinkansen bullet trains and buses to take us from Fukuoka, Hiroshima, Kyoto, Kamakura, and Tokyo, where we will finish at the Karuizawa Prince Hotel.
The cost is expected to be approximately $2,200 (including the Shinkansen pass).
